1. Introduction

Welcome to HASHTAG IN TIME ("Service", "App"). By accessing or using our Service provided by HTIT ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility & Account

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use this Service.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account access. You must register using a valid OAuth provider (Google, Apple) and create a unique ID (at_id).
Reserved IDs: We reserve the right to reclaim or block certain at_ids (e.g., trademarks, offensive words) to prevent impersonation or abuse.

3. The "Time" Economy (Virtual Currency)

The Service operates on a unique virtual economy where "Time" is consumed to maintain content visibility. By using the Service, you acknowledge:

3.1. Nature of "Time"

"Time" (including Free and Paid balances) is a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use digital features. "Time" is not real currency, holds no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.2. Usage & Limits

Priority: Free Balance (resets daily at 00:00 UTC) is consumed before Paid Balance.
Maximum Cap: The maximum accumulated balance and signal lifespan are strictly capped at 2,400 hours.
Cap Enforcement: You acknowledge that any "Time" acquired beyond this limit (whether through purchase or bonus) will not be added to your balance.
No Refunds: All purchases of "Time" are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or store policies.

4. User Generated Content (UGC) & Conduct

IMPORTANT: Apple and Google have strict policies regarding user content.

4.1. Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for objectionable content. You strictly agree NOT to post content that is:

Illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening.
Hateful, offensive, or promotes violence/discrimination.
Pornographic or sexually explicit.

4.2. Enforcement & Safety

Blocking & Reporting: You can block users (user_blocks) and report objectionable content. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Action: We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or ban users immediately without notice if they violate these standards. Signals with cumulative reports may be automatically blinded.

4.3. Signal Specifics

One Hashtag One Signal: You may maintain only one active Signal per hashtag per language at a time. This restriction applies individually to your account to prevent spam; other users remain free to use the same hashtag.
Right to Delete (5-Minute Rule): You explicitly acknowledge that you may delete your Signal only within 5 minutes of posting. After this window, the Signal persists until its Time expires.
Data Lifespan: Expired Signals are permanently deleted from our servers after a retention period (approx. 24 days) and cannot be recovered.

5. Account Termination

Voluntary Deletion: You may delete your account at any time in settings.
- Asset Forfeiture: By deleting your account, you strictly agree to forfeit all remaining "Time" balances (Free and Paid).
- Data Erasure: Your personal data will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HASHTAG IN TIME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data (expired signals), loss of "Time" balance, or service interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
